Role Overview

This is an execution-focused Full Stack Development role designed for someone who wants to build strong product engineering capabilities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

As a Junior Full Stack Developer, you will support both the Front-End and Back-End engineering teams in building, testing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will work closely with senior developers to implement new features, fix bugs, integrate APIs, and improve both user experience and system performance.

Key Responsibilities
A. Full Stack Development Support
Support the development of responsive web applications across Front-End and Back-End.
Build reusable UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks.
Develop and maintain REST APIs and backend services.
Integrate Front-End interfaces with backend APIs.
Assist in implementing business logic and application workflows.
Maintain code quality, readability, and consistency across assigned tasks.
B. Testing & Bug Fixing
Identify and resolve Front-End and Back-End bugs.
Debug API integrations and application issues.
Support testing of implemented features before deployment.
Ensure assigned work is completed accurately and within project timelines.
C. Database & API Support
Assist in designing and maintaining databases.
Support CRUD operations and API integrations.
Write optimized database queries.
Help improve application performance and security.
D. Team Collaboration & Learning
Collaborate with Product, UI/UX Designers, QA Engineers, DevOps, and Senior Developers.
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
Continuously learn modern Full Stack technologies and development best practices.
Contribute ideas for improving application performance and development processes.
