About the job

RapidEye (rapideyeinspections.com) is AI-powered inspection intelligence for physical spaces.

We are a US startup and our marketing runs on AI tools. We are hiring one person to run it with us, working directly with the two co-founders.

What you will do:
Video ads and launch videos, made with AI video tools.
Paid ads: run experiments and track what works.
Growth operations: contact lists, scheduling, outreach support.
More over time, as you prove yourself.

Who we want:
You use AI tools daily and can make them do hard things.
Excellent written English.
Precise: you follow instructions exactly and flag ambiguity instead of guessing.
Hungry, and looking to grow fast at a startup.

How we hire:
Apply at https://rapideyeinspections.com/apply/ — we send you a short test, then a paid trial, then a full-time offer.
Fully remote, full-time, daily check-in with the co-founders.

Pay:
₹40,000 to ₹65,000 per month, set by the trial project, with room to grow and promotions.
