Role Overview
This role starts as a performance-based sales trial with no fixed salary.
Your job is simple: find customers, demo LogChimp, and convert them into paying customers.
If you generate $600+ in MRR, you demonstrate that you can generate meaningful revenue for the company and become eligible for a full-time Business Development Representative position with a fixed base salary.
In other words, we don't ask you to prove yourself through interviews alone — prove that you can sell.
