About the Role
We're looking for a Senior AI/ML Engineer (6-8+ years experience) to help build the intelligence layer behind our voice companion, working closely with our founding team at an early, foundational stage.

What You'll Do

Build and improve the ML and personalization systems powering our AI voice companion
Work on sensitive, high-stakes product features that require strong attention to safety and accuracy
Collaborate with clinical advisors to ensure our AI behaves responsibly
Help shape our AI/ML roadmap as we grow

What We're Looking For

8+ years in AI/ML engineering with production systems shipped
Strong background in NLP/conversational AI and voice systems
Experience with safety-critical or regulated ML systems is a plus
Comfort with early-stage ambiguity and ownership
Genuine interest in health tech or human-centered AI
A good optimistic attitude
