About Us

We are building an AI Voice platform that helps businesses automate phone conversations using intelligent voice agents. Our customers use our platform for appointment booking, customer support, lead qualification, follow-ups, and more.

We're looking for a Customer Success Manager who enjoys working closely with customers, solving problems, and ensuring they get the most value from our platform.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers and help them get started successfully.
• Understand customer requirements and assist with solution setup.
• Conduct product demos and training sessions.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer queries by coordinating with internal teams.
• Proactively follow up with customers to ensure product adoption and satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team.
• Help improve customer retention and overall experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Support, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
• Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Experience with SaaS or AI products is a plus, but not mandatory.
