Founding Product Manager - Operate

We are looking for a highly technical, high-agency Product Manager to take Operate from early hypothesis to product-market fit. This is not a traditional roadmap-management role. At 0→1, the PM needs to operate much more like a founder.

You will:

• Talk to SRE, DevOps and engineering teams to deeply understand production incident and RCA workflows.
• Find and work with early design partners through direct outreach, communities, content, events and demos.
• Turn customer conversations into product hypotheses, MVPs and rapid iterations.
• Work closely with engineering to shape and ship the product.
• Use AI aggressively for research, prototyping, analysis, content and execution.
• Represent Operate at relevant meetups, Luma events and industry communities.

We are looking for someone with a technical background who understands the SRE / DevOps ecosystem and is comfortable operating with ambiguity. Most importantly, you should not wait to be told what to do. You should be able to look at the goal, form a reasonable hunch, take action, learn quickly and keep moving.

Success means taking Operate from a promising hypothesis to a product that a small group of customers deeply value and are willing to pay for.
