Role Overview

We’re looking for a Travel Sales Executive who can understand client requirements, recommend the right travel packages, and convert enquiries into bookings. The role involves selling domestic, international, and customized travel packages while ensuring a great customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle client enquiries and understand their travel requirements.
2. Suggest and sell suitable fixed & customized travel packages.
3. Handle client queries, negotiations, and objections confidently.
4. Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into bookings.
5. Communicate with clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.
6. Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets and customer databases.
7. Coordinate with internal/operations teams for smooth booking execution.
8. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication and convincing skills.
2. Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
3. Good at follow-ups and lead management.
4. Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and basic database management.
5. Target-oriented, proactive, and organized.
6. Prior experience in travel sales.
7. Passion for travel and willingness to learn.

Compensation: Fixed Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
