Full Stack Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design, build, and ship features across the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js)
2. Leverage core problem-solving and algorithmic thinking to tackle complex architectural bottlenecks and high-impact engineering challenges.
3. Optimize platform performance and low-latency workflows using Redis for caching and session state.
4. Architect resilient, event-driven, asynchronous data pipelines using Apache Kafka.
5. Integrate LLM-based features into the product, including prompt design and model behavior tuning
6. Write clean, scalable, well-tested code aligned with scalable system design principles
7. Collaborate closely with the engineering team in a fast-moving, in-office environment
8. Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design through deployment

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 6th Sep'26 and 9th Oct'26
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements

1. Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack
2. Working knowledge of Redis and Kafka (or strong fundamentals and eagerness to ramp up fast)
3. Some exposure to prompting and working with LLMs - you understand how these models behave and can be directed
4. Comfortable in a fast-paced, in-office team setting
5. Available to join immediately
6. Able to commit to a 6-month internship with the goal of converting to full-time
