Job Overview:

Artikate Private Limited is seeking a skilled Backend Developer with proficiency in Python-Django, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing backend systems, ensuring seamless integration with front-end applications, and automating deployment workflows through CI/CD processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Backend Development: Build, maintain, and enhance backend services using Python and Django, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• API Development: Design and develop RESTful APIs to integrate with front-end applications and third-party services.
• Database Management: Manage databases, including database design, optimization, and migration.
• Version Control: Use GitHub for managing codebases, branching, and collaborating with other developers.
• CI/CD Integration: Implement and manage Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate the build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and product managers to align backend functionality with business goals.
• Debugging and Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and bugs, and provide solutions to improve backend efficiency.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in backend development with a strong focus on Python and Django.
• Skills:
  • Proficiency in Python-Django framework.
  • Experience with GitHub for version control and code collaboration.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar tools) to automate deployments.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API development.
  • Experience with relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
• Tools: Familiarity with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

• Dedicated Working Hours: The candidate must be available to work during the designated working hours as per the agreed-upon schedule.
• Exclusivity: The candidate will not be allowed to engage in any other employment, consultancy, or freelance work during the period of employment with Artikate Private Limited.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms for scalable deployments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong understanding of security practices in backend development.
