About the Role:
We are seeking a Technical IT Project Manager who can bridge the gap between business requirements and engineering execution. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, excellent project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional technical teams to deliver complex projects on time and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end delivery of technical projects across engineering, QA, DevOps, and product teams.
Translate business requirements into clear technical deliverables and execution plans.
Work closely with architects and engineering leads to understand system design, dependencies, and risks.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
Track progress against plans and proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Ensure adherence to engineering best practices, quality standards, and security guidelines.
Manage change requests, scope creep, and impact assessments.
Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes and team efficiency.

Technical Requirements:
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with technologies such as:
Web & Mobile applications
APIs & Microservices
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Databases (SQL/NoSQL)
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and release management.
• Ability to understand technical architecture, system integrations, and data flows.
• Experience working closely with developers on estimates, timelines, and technical constraints.

Core Skills & Experience:
3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Technical Program Management.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-team technical projects.
Strong communication skills, able to interact confidently with engineers and senior stakeholders.
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Excellent risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
