Founder's Office Intern – Cop&Drop

This is execution & a strategy internship.

If you're looking to understand what it actually takes to build a startup from the ground up, you'll work directly with the founders on the things that move the business forward every single week.

At Cop&Drop, no two days look the same. One day you'll be finding the perfect creator for a campaign, the next you'll be planning an offline event in Bangalore, researching investors, discovering emerging homegrown brands, or helping build systems that keep the company running smoothly.

If you enjoy taking ownership, figuring things out independently, and getting things done, you'll fit right in.

On any given day, you might be:

• Sourcing and onboarding creators, freelancers, photographers, videographers, designers, or event partners.
• Planning and executing community events, pop-ups, and brand activations across Bangalore.
• Researching venture capital firms, angel investors, startup ecosystems
• Discovering interesting internet communities, cultural trends, creators, and niche brands before everyone else.
• Managing weekly founder priorities and ensuring tasks don't fall through the cracks.
• Coordinating with brands, creators, and partners to make sure projects move forward on time.

What we're looking for:

• You're highly organized and naturally create systems to stay on top of work.
• You love researching things and can find almost anything on the internet.
• You have strong cultural awareness
• You're comfortable wearing multiple hats and switching contexts quickly.

Bonus points if you:

• Enjoy attending startup, creator, fashion, or cultural events.
• Know your way around Instagram, LinkedIn, Reddit, Discord, or niche online communities.
• Have previously organized college events, communities, or clubs.
• Are based in Bangalore.
