Java Full Stack Lead Developer || W2 Role

Location: Boston, MA or Lake Mary, FL (Hybrid, 3–4 days onsite/week)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This is a hands-on role requiring strong backend and frontend development expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience building cloud-native, event-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications
• Build and support microservices using Spring Boot
• Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker
• Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and MQ
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Follow Agile development practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation standards

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of hands-on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred)
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices
• Frontend development expertise with Angular 19+ and RxJS
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Windsurf
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event-driven architectures
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks
