VPS Global has been a trusted name in Ahmedabad real estate since 1979. Over four decades we’ve built deep relationships with builders, property owners, brokers, investors and corporate clients.

Now we’re entering PropTech. We’re building an AI-first real estate platform from the ground up, starting with our own business as the first live customer and growing into a standalone PropTech company.

You won’t be building a demo with zero users. From day one, your product will run a real business with real leads, real properties and real deals.

What you’ll build

An AI-powered real estate CRM with autonomous AI agents. Here’s what that means:

? AI agents that talk to leads on WhatsApp, understand their needs and share matching properties and projects
? AI data collection that pulls property details from WhatsApp messages, PDFs, brochures and images into a clean, searchable database
? Smart property matching that ranks the best properties for every client requirement and explains why
? AI listing agents that create and publish listings on 99acres, Housing.com and Magicbricks
? WhatsApp marketing engine for targeted campaigns, follow-ups and tracking, all run from the CRM
⚡ Lead automation: leads from Meta, Google and property portals assigned to the right team member automatically
? Management intelligence: MIS dashboards, employee ROI, marketing ROI and AI-driven business insights

You’ll own the architecture.
