About the job

Drive brand awareness, activate schools, enroll students into UPRIO’s free programs, and convert them into paid subscribers. You’ll work closely with parents, students, and schools while managing the customer journey through field sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Activate schools and promote UPRIO’s platform.
Enroll students into free trial batches.
Convert free users into paid subscribers.
Drive renewals, retention, and regular follow-ups.
Build strong relationships with parents, students, and school stakeholders.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Willingness to travel and work in a field-sales environment.
Strong customer engagement and sales orientation.

Role Details

Full-Time | Individual Contributor | Field Role
Locations: Bangalore, Delhi NCR, Chennai & Hyderabad
Compensation: ₹7 LPA (₹5 LPA Fixed + ₹2 LPA Variable) + Travel Allowance
During the first 2 months of probation: ₹25,000 + Travel Allowance
