Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment for open roles across KSKT & Kaze Living. This is a fast-paced, office-based role suited to someone energetic, communicative, and keen to build hands-on recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agency coordination.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screening calls.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards.
• Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms.
• Follow up with candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth experience.
• Coordinate offer rollout and pre-onboarding formalities with the HR team.
• Support ad hoc recruitment drives and hiring events as needed.
What We Are Looking For
• 6 months to 1 year of experience, ideally with some exposure to HR or Recruitment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Active, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work 6 days a week from the Gurgaon office.
