THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle customer interactions across chat, calls, and email. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and preferably an understanding of the FMCG, retail, fruits & vegetables, or fresh produce industry.
Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, chat, and email.
• Resolve customer concerns and provide timely assistance.
• Handle queries related to products, orders, deliveries, and services.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer issues.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Follow customer service processes and escalation procedures.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and share feedback with the relevant teams.
• Ensure a positive customer experience across all communication channels. Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Retail, FMCG, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of FMCG, fruits & vegetables, fresh produce, or retail is preferred.
• B.Sc. Agriculture candidates will be preferred.
• Candidates from Retail/FMCG backgrounds can also be considered.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
