Hr Intern

We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Intern who can help us build a strong team at CollabAdda.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, and wants hands-on experience in startup hiring and HR operations.

What you’ll do

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Internshala, job portals, WhatsApp groups and other platforms
• Screen resumes and shortlist relevant candidates
• Conduct initial HR screening calls
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain candidate and hiring trackers
• Help with onboarding documentation and employee records
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting open positions
• Support employee engagement and basic HR operations
• Actively headhunt candidates for priority roles instead of depending only on incoming applications
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring

What we’re looking for

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident on calls and comfortable speaking with candidates
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR
• Good follow-up and coordination skills
• Comfortable using Google Sheets, LinkedIn and job portals
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Fast learner with a startup mindset
