Nous recherchons un(e) développeur(se) Backend Python Senior possédant une véritable expertise technique et capable d'évoluer rapidement dans un environnement dynamique. Le rôle est 100 % backend Python - aucune expérience iOS n'est requise.

Responsabilités

• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des services backend en Python.
• Participer aux projets, à la résolution d'incidents, à la maintenance et à l'optimisation des applications.
• Collaborer avec les développeurs, analystes fonctionnels et équipes QA.
• Contribuer aux décisions d'architecture et à la documentation technique.
• Assurer le soutien post-implantation.
• Participer occasionnellement aux mises en production en soirée (22 h à minuit).
• Être disponible pour de rares astreintes nocturnes.

Profil recherché

• 8+ années d'expérience en développement logiciel/backend.
• Expertise démontrée en Python et SQL.
• Expérience avec PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Ansible, Ejabberd et Linux/OS X.
• Excellentes capacités d'écoute, rigueur et pensée structurée.
• Forte capacité d'adaptation et autonomie dans un environnement qui évolue rapidement.
• Capacité à apporter une réelle valeur technique au-delà de l'utilisation des LLM et outils d'IA.

Senior Python Backend Developer

We're looking for a Senior Python Backend Developer with proven technical depth who can thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment. This is a 100% Python backend role - no iOS experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python.
• Handle projects, incidents, maintenance, optimization, and production support.
• Collaborate closely with developers, functional analysts, and QA teams.
• Contribute to application architecture and technical documentation.
• Provide post-deployment support.
• Occasionally participate in evening production deployments (10 PM-midnight).
• Be available for rare overnight on-call support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software/backend development.
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ, Ansible, Ejabberd, and Linux/OS X.
• Strong listening skills, attention to detail, and structured thinking.
• Ability to adapt quickly and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to bring technical value beyond relying on LLMs and AI tools
