Senior AI Engineer

About the role

You'll join a growing engineering team focused on enabling AI across internal processes, engineering and delivery workflows, and customer-facing products. You'll work hands-on to build AI-powered solutions that automate processes, improve engineering productivity, and solve real customer problems.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys building practical AI solutions and taking ownership from development through delivery.

What you'll do

• Build AI-powered solutions across internal process automation, engineering and delivery, and customer-facing workflows
• Identify opportunities where AI can automate processes and improve operational efficiency
• Build and integrate AI capabilities into engineering and delivery workflows
• Develop customer-focused AI solutions that solve real user and business problems
• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered applications and workflows using Python
• Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to understand problems and build practical solutions
• Take ownership of AI projects from experimentation and development through production delivery
• Evaluate new AI technologies and tools and identify where they can create meaningful impact
• Ensure solutions are reliable, maintainable, and production-ready

What we're looking for

• 5-8 years of software engineering experience
• Strong, hands-on expertise in Python
• Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications, automation, or intelligent workflows
• Understanding of applying AI across internal processes, engineering workflows, and customer-facing products
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals and production environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to take ownership of projects end to end
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with engineering, product, and business teams
