Senior Software Engineer – Full Stack Developer (MEAN)

The Purpose of the Role

As part of the growing team at Placta, you will be part of a highly motivated team which is focused on building a modern SaaS solution for the pharma manufacturing industry. The platform is targeted to cater to the needs of power users in the Pharma Industry by harnessing the power of Cloud and AI. The ideal candidate will play the role of Senior Full Stack Developer and is expected to design and develop APIs, manage code reviews & deployments, and coordinate with various stakeholders for development. The candidate would have an opportunity to work in the Pharma Industry and gain end-to-end expertise in the Pharma Manufacturing space.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be part of the highly talented and energetic team that focuses on automation and navigation of complex workflows in the Pharma Manufacturing space.

Required Technical Skills

*Application development expertise with extensive hands-on experience in Node.js, JavaScript, Angular, TypeScript and MongoDB.

*Hands on experience with GIT and code version control systems.

*Full understanding of secure development processes including analysis, design, coding, system and user testing, problem resolution and planning.

*Design and development of RESTful Microservices and Event-based systems.

*Working experience in applying design patterns and Data Structures.

*Good understanding and experience on database design with NoSQL or RDBMS

*Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any other discipline

*4+ years of IT experience
