Job Description

We are looking for experienced Master Data Management (MDM) professionals to join our team. The role involves working on enterprise data management initiatives, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, completeness, and governance of critical business data across systems.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Master Data Management, data quality, data governance, data integration, and enterprise data management.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on Master Data Management initiatives across enterprise applications and data platforms.
• Manage and maintain critical master data such as customer, product, vendor, employee, or other business entities.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, duplicates, inconsistencies, and data integrity problems.
• Support data standardization, cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand master data requirements.
• Implement and maintain data management processes, standards, and governance policies.
• Support data integration and synchronization between multiple source and target systems.
• Monitor data quality and ensure adherence to defined business rules and standards.
• Participate in data migration, transformation, and consolidation initiatives where required.
• Prepare documentation and support continuous improvement of MDM processes.

Education
