MANDATORY DOMAIN REQUIREMENT

Financial Services / Banking experience is mandatory.

Candidates must have experience in either:

• Wholesale Credit Risk, OR
• Trade Finance

Candidates without relevant Financial Services experience AND Wholesale Credit Risk / Trade Finance exposure will not be considered.

Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices and React JS to join a team working on complex financial applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on development experience across both backend and frontend technologies, along with experience working in the Financial Services domain, particularly Wholesale Credit Risk or Trade Finance.

The candidate should be comfortable working in an Agile environment, collaborating with business and technology stakeholders, and developing scalable, secure and high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable applications using Java and React JS.
• Develop robust backend services using Java, Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Build responsive and maintainable frontend applications using React JS.
• Develop and integrate REST APIs and web services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and implementation.
• Write clean, maintainable and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices.
• Identify and resolve application performance and production issues.
• Perform unit, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Maintain appropriate technical documentation.
• Follow security and coding best practices, particularly while working with financial applications.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and technical standards.
