Human Resource Internship

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as an HR Intern. This is a great opportunity for students or recent graduates to gain hands-on experience in human resources, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to real HR processes in a collaborative work environment.

Position: HR Intern
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
Duration: 3 months
Location: Remote

What We're Looking For:

• Completed a degree/MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Understanding of HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of Google Workspace is a plus
• Exposure to HRMS/ATS tools (e.g., Zoho People, Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter) is a bonus but not mandatory
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly
• A proactive attitude with attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires
• Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication
• Support HR documentation, offer letters, and other administrative tasks
• Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations
