We want people operators – people who take ownership, communicate clearly, care about people, and enjoy building systems that make teams work better.
You'll support people operations by driving employee engagement initiatives, managing documentation, resolving employee queries, and keeping day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. You'll also assist with hiring initiatives, including candidate screening, interview coordination, campus recruitment, placement drives, and ensuring a great candidate experience.
