Senior Full-Stack and AI Developer

looking for someone with the following:

deep understanding of document retrieval / rag, tool calling, benchmarking and evaluating language models, building automations, workflows and agents

experience designing reliable ai systems, testing outputs, measuring accuracy, understanding failure cases and putting proper checks around probabilistic systems

deep understanding of building products that are actually polished and useful, able to make strong product decisions and design directly in code using and extending the existing design kit

leverages ai heavily to move at a high velocity, while keeping rigorous checks around code quality and maintaining a strong understanding of the code, architecture and decisions being made

experience building scalable production systems, including databases, apis, background jobs, queues, caching, integrations, observability and performance

strong understanding of testing and software quality, including unit/integration testing, ai evaluations, regression testing and monitoring systems after they ship

comfortable and enjoys owning problems end to end

strong react, typescript and nestjs experience, python

comfortable working across frontend, backend, ai systems and infrastructure

open to devs of all levels, likely hiring a senior lead and a jr/intermediate.
