We’re looking for a Tech Lead Manager, Full Stack to lead a core engineering team building customer-facing product experiences across the frontend, backend, APIs, and data systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying hands-on in code while also mentoring engineers, setting technical direction, and helping build a strong engineering culture.

What you’ll do:

Own full-stack feature delivery across React, TypeScript, backend services, APIs, and data pipelines
Design and scale distributed backend systems and data-heavy workflows
Lead architecture discussions and set engineering standards
Stay hands-on with coding, code reviews, performance improvements, and system design
Manage, mentor, and grow a team of engineers
Partner closely with Product and Design to turn product goals into clear technical plans

What we’re looking for:

7+ years of software engineering experience
Strong full-stack background across modern frontend and backend systems
2+ years of tech lead or engineering management experience
Strong TypeScript/JavaScript experience
Experience with backend languages such as Python, Ruby, or Node.js
Experience with PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Kubernetes, cloud-native systems, microservices, and CI/CD
Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Early-stage startup experience is a plus

Nice to have:

React Native experience
Redis, Apache Pinot, or real-time analytics infrastructure
AI/ML systems or data pipeline orchestration experience
Experience scaling teams in a fast-growing startup
