Project Manager — Part-Time Contract (Blockchain)

Remote | 10–20 hours/week | $50–$80 USD/hour | Initial 6-month contract
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a part-time contract basis.
You’ll help manage client projects, coordinate between technical teams and stakeholders, keep projects moving, and make sure communication, timelines, priorities, and deliverables stay organized.
This is a fully remote role, but strong communication and people skills are essential. You’ll be expected to participate in client and internal meetings, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and confidently lead conversations when needed.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong professional experience in project or program management
• Experience working with cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, or Web3 projects is required
• Experience working with government or public-sector clients is highly preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience
• Comfortable leading meetings, coordinating teams, and following up on action items
• Ability to manage timelines, priorities, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams
• Comfortable working closely with software engineers and technical teams
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment

Engagement

• 10–20 hours per week
• $50–$80 USD/hour, depending on experience
• Fully remote
• Initial 6-month contract
• Opportunity to extend beyond 6 months based on project needs and performance
