MUST WORK ON W2. NO SUBVENDORS, CORP-TO-CORP (C2C), CONTRACT-TO-HIRE (CTH), OR THIRD PARTIES.
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Platform Engineer to help build and scale enterprise AI capabilities across the organization. This role focuses on creating the technical foundation that enables AI agents and intelligent applications to operate securely, reliably, and efficiently in a production environment.
As a key member of the AI platform team, you will design, develop, and support the infrastructure, integrations, and engineering standards required to move AI solutions from experimentation to enterprise adoption. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, cloud technologies, automation, and artificial intelligence, delivering reusable platform capabilities that empower the business to safely deploy AI at scale.
This is a highly technical, hands-on engineering role for professionals who have real-world experience building and deploying AI solutions, not solely advising on AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and agentic solutions.
- Build reusable platform components, frameworks, and services that accelerate enterprise AI adoption.
- Develop integrations with internal and external systems using APIs, connectors, and cloud-native technologies.
- Implement security, identity, authentication, authorization, and governance controls for AI solutions.
- Create monitoring, telemetry, logging, and observability capabilities to support production operations.
- Design and implement automated testing, validation, and evaluation frameworks for AI applications and agents.
- Develop resilient architectures supporting state management, recovery, fault tolerance, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to transition AI concepts into scalable production solutions.
- Establish engineering best practices, standards, and operational processes for enterprise AI development.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing and deploying AI-enabled applications, copilots, or agentic AI solutions.
- Strong full-stack software engineering background.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar low-code development platforms.
- Expertise working with APIs, integrations, web services, and enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Experience building AI workflows, orchestration layers, or intelligent agent frameworks.
- Strong understanding of identity management, security controls, authentication, and authorization.
- Experience implementing telemetry, monitoring, observability, and operational analytics.
- Experience building automated testing and evaluation processes for AI systems.
- Hands-on cloud development experience utilizing modern tools, IDEs, and command-line environments.
- Demonstrated success taking AI initiatives from proof-of-concept through production deployment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft AI technologies, Azure AI Services, and the Copilot ecosystem.
- Knowledge of AI governance, compliance, and operational risk management practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology environments.
- Familiarity with SAP, SAP Joule, ServiceNow, or other enterprise AI platforms.
- Experience building shared services, reusable frameworks, or internal developer platforms.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a builder who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and delivering practical AI solutions. You are comfortable designing architectures, writing code, implementing security controls, building integrations, and supporting production systems.
Most importantly, you understand how to transform an innovative AI concept into a secure, scalable, and maintainable enterprise capability that delivers measurable business value.
