About the job
Supervest
New York City, On-Site
We are looking for a data-driven growth marketer who lives in the numbers. This role sits at the intersection of data and growth. You will pull and analyze data in Snowflake, which is where all of our reporting data lives, build the reports and dashboards that tell us what is working, and interpret the results so the business can act on them. You will partner closely with our paid acquisition team to analyze performance, shape and build campaigns, and drive growth.
This is the right role for someone who is equal parts analyst and marketer. You are comfortable writing queries and building reports from scratch, and you are just as comfortable translating what the data says into clear recommendations that move revenue, returns, and cost of acquisition in the right direction.
What You Will Do
Data and Reporting (Snowflake)
- Pull, query, and analyze data directly in Snowflake, our central source of reporting data.
- Build, maintain, and automate reports and dashboards covering marketing spend, revenue, profit, ROAS, cost of acquisition (CAC), and other growth metrics.
- Interpret the data and turn it into clear, decision-ready insights and recommendations for the team and leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting, and flag issues or gaps in tracking. Growth and Paid Acquisition
- Partner with the paid acquisition team to analyze campaign performance across channels such as Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
- Use data to help build, structure, and optimize campaigns, and identify where to shift budget to drive the best return.
- Surface growth opportunities and testing ideas grounded in the numbers, and measure results against targets.
- Help forecast spend and outcomes, and connect marketing activity to downstream revenue and profit. Product Reporting (Growth Area)
- Over time, the role may extend into building reports for our products as well.
- This is not a primary focus at the start, but it is an area the role can grow into as you build fluency with our data.
What You Bring
- Data skills: Hands-on experience pulling and analyzing data with SQL, ideally in Snowflake, and building reports and dashboards from raw data.
- Growth mindset: Solid understanding of digital and paid acquisition marketing, and how metrics like ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate drive growth decisions.
- Analytical rigor: Genuinely data-driven, with strong attention to detail and the ability to turn messy data into clear, trustworthy reporting.
- Communication: Able to explain what the data means to non-technical stakeholders and make a clear recommendation, not just present numbers.
- Collaboration: Comfortable partnering with a paid acquisition team and leadership, and translating between the data and the marketing.
- Experience: 3 to 6+ years in growth marketing, marketing analytics, data analysis, or a closely related role.
Preferred Tools and Stack
You do not need every tool below, but you should be strong in several and able to pick up the rest quickly:
- Data: Snowflake and SQL (required or a strong plus); comfort joining and modeling data across sources.
- Dashboards and BI: Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI for reporting; advanced Excel or Google Sheets.
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), conversion and event tracking, and marketing attribution concepts.
- Ad platforms: Working familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or another data-rich, regulated industry.
- Experience building reporting on a data warehouse from the ground up.
- Light experience with product or business reporting beyond marketing.
Compensation and Benefits
The base salary range for this role is $95,000 to $120,000, plus a performance bonus and a full benefits package. Final offer will depend on experience, skills, and fit.
Benefits include:
- 401(k) plan
- Health insurance
- Dental and vision insurance, fully covered at no cost to you
- Paid time off (PTO)
