Location: Remote — US Market
Employment Type: Full-Time
Base Salary: $2,000/month
Commission: 15%
OTE: $108,000/year

Polygate Automations helps US home service businesses use AI and automation to generate more leads, respond faster, book more jobs, and reduce repetitive administrative work.

We are looking for a highly motivated SDR who can identify home service businesses, reach owners and decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and consistently book qualified sales appointments.

TARGET MARKET

You will focus exclusively on US home service businesses, including:

• HVAC companies • Plumbing companies • Roofing companies • Pest control companies • Pool service companies • Lawn care & landscaping companies • Cleaning companies • Electrical contractors • Garage door companies • Painting companies • Remodeling & renovation companies • Solar companies • Junk removal companies • Water damage/restoration companies • Pressure washing companies • Flooring companies • Appliance repair companies • Handyman services • And other local home service businesses

THE ROLE

Your job is simple:

FIND THE BUSINESS → FIND THE OWNER → START THE CONVERSATION → IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM → QUALIFY THE LEAD → BOOK THE MEETING.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build targeted lists of US home service businesses • Identify owners, founders and decision-makers • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting • Cold call business owners and decision-makers • Send personalized emails, LinkedIn messages and other outbound communications • Identify businesses that can benefit from AI automation • Qualify prospects based on need, authority, budget and timing • Book qualified appointments for the sales team • Follow up consistently with prospects • Maintain accurate CRM records • Hit weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets • Work closely with the sales team to improve conversion rates

REQUIREMENTS

• 1+ year of B2B SDR, BDR, appointment-setting or cold-calling experience • Experience selling to US businesses is strongly preferred • Experience selling into home services is a major advantage • Excellent spoken and written English • Strong cold-calling and objection-handling skills • Comfortable speaking directly with business owners • Strong prospecting and research skills • Excellent follow-up discipline • Comfortable with high-volume outbound sales • Self-motivated and able to work independently • Strong understanding of sales KPIs and CRM systems • Highly competitive, ambitious and results-driven

COMPENSATION

BASE SALARY: $2,000/MONTH

COMMISSION: 15%

OTE: $108,000/YEAR

NO CAP ON EARNINGS.
