What you'll actually do

• Whatever needs doing that week, sales research, creator pipeline, content, ops. Nothing's fixed.
• Someone sends a voice note or a rough idea, you turn it into something we can actually send out.
• Chase people for answers so things don't sit stuck.
• A lot of stuff right now just lives in someone's head. You write it down so it doesn't get lost.
• Juggle a bunch of things at once and keep track of what's actually moving.

Who we think this is for
Your degree matters less than what you've actually built or run. A project, freelance work, anything where you owned the outcome, that counts more than what you studied.

You're probably a fit if:

• You finish what you start
• You've done something outside class that proves it, a project, freelance work
• You learn fast without needing much hand-holding
• You're fine figuring things out even with half the information
• You're organized, nothing slips through on your watch
• You just graduated, or you're in your final year

Not a fit if

• You need a fixed task list to stay productive
• You'd rather be told what to do than figure it out
• You're looking for something part-time alongside coursework, this is full-time, from week one
