About the Role
Variabl is looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who wants to grow with the company.
We’re looking for someone with 2–4 years of marketing experience, good fundamentals, and a willingness to experiment, learn, and take ownership.
You don’t need to be an expert at everything. You should be comfortable executing, coordinating, and figuring things out as you go.
What You’ll Work On
- Plan and manage content across relevant channels
- Help execute marketing campaigns and growth experiments
- Write and coordinate copy for social, email, campaigns, and landing pages
- Explore new acquisition and distribution channels
- Work with designers, freelancers, and agencies when needed
- Track campaign performance, leads, traffic, and conversions
- Research customers, competitors, and new marketing opportunities
- Use AI and modern marketing tools to improve speed and execution
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, or digital marketing
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Experience executing marketing campaigns
- Basic understanding of funnels, customer acquisition, and analytics
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn
- Excited to grow into a broader marketing role over time
Experience with content, paid ads, SEO, email marketing, CRM, or startup marketing is a plus, but we don’t expect you to know everything.
