About the Role
Skandax Nexus is looking for highly curious and unconventional thinkers to join our Innovation & Deep Technology Team.
As an Innovation Intern, you will explore emerging technologies, identify unsolved problems, develop breakthrough product concepts, and work with our engineering teams to turn ideas into prototypes.
This is not a conventional research internship. We want people who want to build what does not exist yet.
Key Responsibilities
- Research emerging technologies and breakthrough innovations worldwide.
- Identify major unsolved problems and opportunities.
- Develop new product and technology concepts.
- Perform technology, competitor, startup and patent research.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and market potential.
- Create proof-of-concepts and rapid prototypes.
- Work with AI, electronics, software and hardware teams.
- Develop technical architectures and experimental designs.
- Test and validate new concepts.
- Document research findings and prototype results.
- Track emerging technologies in AI, robotics, electronics, semiconductors, quantum computing, IoT and other deep-tech fields.
- Convert promising ideas into MVP proposals.
- Present innovative concepts to the leadership and engineering teams.
