Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Developer with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in designing, developing, and implementing Oracle Fusion applications that drive operational efficiency and business growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in customizing and enhancing Oracle Fusion solutions to meet the evolving needs of the organization, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance across various business functions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement customizations and extensions within the Oracle Fusion suite to align with business requirements.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Middleware, SOA composites, and BI Publisher reports to support enterprise applications.
• Integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion applications to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical support and maintenance for existing Oracle Fusion solutions, ensuring system stability and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion technologies and best practices to recommend innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion development and implementation.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion modules such as Financials, HCM, SCM, or Procurement is preferred.
• Proven experience in designing and developing SOA composites, BI Publisher reports, and Oracle ADF applications.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Java, and Web Services development.
• Oracle certifications related to Fusion Middleware or Oracle Cloud Applications are highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
