Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software applications in alignment with business requirements.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define software specifications and system architecture.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with team members.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and performance issues.
• Continuously research and implement new technologies to improve product performance and development processes.
• Contribute to the documentation of software design, technical specifications, and user manuals.
• Work within Agile development frameworks, participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role, typically 3+ years in software development.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Tools and Technologies:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
• Experience with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
• Strong knowledge of backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, or ASP.NET.
• Familiarity with databases including SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).
• Hands-on experience with version control systems like Git.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform is a plus.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
