  • Apply NEAS governance standards when developing solutions, including connector rules, DLP policies, workspace best practices, and secure integration patterns.
  • Perform solution testing, troubleshooting, performance tuning, diagnostics, and issue resolution across Dev/Test/Prod environments.
  • Document solution architectures, configuration decisions, testing results, deployment steps, and operational procedures.
  • Partner with platform administrators to ensure reliable service operations, strong security posture, and consistent application performance.
  • Contribute to Communities of Practice by creating best‑practice guides, training materials, and reusable components.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing to teammates and junior developers.

  • Strong Power BI development and modeling skills (DAX, Power Query, RLS).
  • Experience with Power Platform administration concepts such as NAMS roles, DLP policies, connector governance, gateways, and managed environments.
  • Experience with ALM processes using solutions and pipelines (Dev/Test/Prod).
  • Familiarity with Entra ID authentication, SSP documentation, ExpressRoute posture, and change-control processes.
  • Ability to gather requirements, develop PDDs, document technical needs, and manage tasks in JIRA.
