Embedded Engineer - 01

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Engineer with a strong background in satellite payload hardware and RF signal processing. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in embedded systems design, development, and testing, with a focus on satellite communications. You will work closely with our engineering team to design, implement, and optimize embedded systems for our satellite payloads.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop embedded systems for satellite payload hardware.
• Implement and optimize RF signal processing algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and architecture.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure system performance and reliability.
• Debug and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Document design specifications, test results, and system performance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in satellite communications and embedded systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in embedded systems design and development.
• Strong knowledge of RF signal processing and satellite communications.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++ and Python.
• Experience with FPGA design and development using VHDL or Verilog.
• Familiarity with embedded Linux and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
• Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with software-defined radio (SDR) and digital signal processing (DSP).
• Knowledge of satellite communication protocols and standards.
• Familiarity with space-qualified hardware and radiation-hardened design practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
