Technical Project Manager

*Role Overview *

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to drive engineering execution, manage task
assignments, track delivery timelines, and ensure planned releases happen on time.
The candidate should be technically comfortable working with Software Engineering, QA,
DevOps, Product, and Security teams.

*Key Responsibilities *

● Own sprint planning, task assignment, tracking, and timely delivery.
● Break requirements into clear tasks with owners, priorities, and deadlines.
● Coordinate across Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and Product teams.
● Track blockers, dependencies, and risks and drive them to closure.
● Manage release planning, QA readiness, deployment coordination, and release
timelines.
● Conduct stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
● Maintain accurate project status in Jira or similar tools.
● Stakeholder management, provide clear updates on progress, delays, blockers, and
release readiness.
● Improve engineering processes to make delivery more predictable and efficient.

*Requirements *

● 2+ years of experience in Technical Project Management or Software Delivery.
● Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC.
● Good technical understanding of APIs, microservices, databases, Git, CI/CD, Docker,
and cloud/on-prem deployments.
● Experience working closely with engineering and QA teams.
● Strong ownership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
● Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, ClickUp, gcp DevOps, or similar tools.

*Good to Have *

● Previous engineering, QA, or technical background.
● Experience with SaaS, cybersecurity, enterprise, or B2B products.
● Experience managing multiple parallel engineering releases.
● MBA candidates preferred
