Founding Community & Partnerships Lead (Equity)

Build real-world communities with us

Unreal Urban builds technology that brings people, communities and cities together. Our first flagship product, Falorin, helps people discover, create and join real-world experiences.

We are looking for a hands-on Founding Community & Partnerships Lead to make Falorin useful and alive in the places where people actually meet. You will build relationships with local communities, creators, organisers, venues and partners, then turn those relationships into repeatable community programmes.

This is an early-stage, equity-based collaboration; there is no cash salary at this stage. Equity will be discussed transparently with strong candidates based on scope, commitment and contribution.

What you'll do

• Identify and activate high-potential local communities, organisers, creators and venues.
• Build launch playbooks for city-by-city community activation and partner onboarding.
• Develop meaningful partnerships that improve the member experience, not just reach.
• Listen closely to community needs and turn insights into product and growth priorities.
• Host, support or co-create early activities and feedback loops around Falorin.

What we're looking for

• Experience building communities, partnerships, events, marketplaces or local networks.
• A warm, proactive communicator who can earn trust and make things happen.
• Strong judgement about community quality, safety and long-term relationships.
• Comfortable working experimentally, independently and with limited resources.
• Clear written English and genuine interest in more connected communities and cities.

Why join

You will have ownership over how a live product becomes a real community. Your work will shape Falorin today and help establish Unreal Urban's wider approach to products that connect people in the real world.
