Kombo (YC S22) is building a unified API for HR, payroll and recruiting systems that saves engineering teams hundreds of hours by needing to integrate only one API instead of 50+.
We raised $8M+, hit strong product market fit (0-> $4M+ ARR in 2-years) and are processing the equivalent data of ~10% of Germany's workforce. Culturally, we are looking for ambitious yet kind builders - we like to describe ourselves as a "SF startup but in Berlin".
