Founding Growth Hacker (Equity)

Build growth from the ground up

Unreal Urban builds technology that brings people, communities and cities together. Our first flagship product, Falorin, is a live web and mobile platform for discovering, creating and joining real-world experiences.

We are looking for a hands-on Founding Growth Hacker to own early growth: finding sharp, low-cost ways to reach the right communities, turning experiments into repeatable channels, and helping shape how Falorin earns attention and adoption. This is an early-stage, equity-based collaboration; there is no cash salary at this stage. Equity will be discussed transparently with strong candidates based on scope, commitment and contribution.

What you'll do

• Design and run lean acquisition, activation and retention experiments.
• Find and develop community, creator, local-partner and referral loops.
• Build a practical growth dashboard and use data to decide what to scale or stop.
• Create and test messaging, landing pages, lifecycle journeys and lightweight campaigns.
• Work directly with the founder and product team to turn user insight into product and go-to-market decisions.

What we're looking for

• Evidence of growing an early-stage product, community or marketplace with limited resources.
• Strong experimentation discipline: hypotheses, funnels, cohort thinking and clear measurement.
• Practical familiarity with analytics, SEO/content, social/community growth, CRM/email and paid tests.
• Resourceful, ethical and comfortable doing the work yourself rather than managing a large budget.
• Clear written English and a collaborative, founder-level mindset.
