About Leverage Remote

Leverage Remote helps founder-led businesses build dedicated remote teams across finance, accounting, operations, administration, and other business functions.

We work closely with CPA & accounting firms, D2C brands, and SaaS companies that need additional capacity without the cost and complexity of local hiring.

We're looking for experienced freelance and independent recruiters who already have strong relationships with these businesses.

You don't find candidates for us. You find the companies that need them.

You already speak with founders, owners, partners, and hiring managers. You've won recruitment or staffing mandates before. You know how to spot a genuine hiring need and turn a relationship into a commercial opportunity.

Who We're Looking For

Freelance or independent recruiters in the US, Canada, or UK who have existing relationships with:

• CPA firms / Accounting firms / Finance firms
• D2C brands
• SaaS companies

We're especially interested in people who regularly work with SMB founders, business owners, partners, and hiring decision-makers — and who have a track record of originating mandates, not just sourcing candidates for them.

How It Works

1. Identify

Find a company in your network with a genuine staffing or capacity need.

2. Develop & Close

Speak with the decision-maker, understand the requirement, introduce Leverage Remote, and work with us to move the opportunity toward a signed mandate.

3. Get Paid

When the client signs and successfully joins Leverage Remote, you receive your agreed success fee.

Bring us the mandate. Help us close it. Earn from the client you originate.
