Role Summary:
You’ll be the force behind one of xCelero’s most critical functions: matching world-class technical and executive talent to ProtoCos at inception. Your role is laser-focused—no HR, no bloated process. Just elite recruiting for spinout founders (CEOs, CTOs, CPOs) across AI, biotech, fintech, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, vet, and close founding-level talent for 100+ ProtoCos
• Build and run founder matchmaking rituals with GPs and FiRs
• Curate top 1% pipelines through events, inbound, and referrals
• Run “Founder Weekends” and founder-market fit matchmaking sprints
• Track placement metrics and long-term venture impact

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in startup, exec, or venture recruiting
• Strong founder radar and ability to sell ambitious 0→1 ideas
• Comfortable working lean, async, and globally
• Collaborative, talent-obsessed, and mission-aligned
