LucidChat is an early-stage, founder-led AI customer engagement company building its founding sales team. We help small and medium-sized businesses deploy AI Employees that answer questions, capture and qualify leads, book appointments, and handle inbound phone conversations.

What makes this different

You are not asking prospects to imagine an abstract AI concept. LucidChat can create a private AI Employee Preview from a prospect's actual website so they can watch it being built and interact with it before buying.

A strong opener is: "We've already built an AI Employee for your company. Would you like to see it?"

What you'll sell

• Chat AI Employee — $299/month
• Voice AI Employee — $499/month
• Complete AI Employee — $699/month
• AI Employee Setup & Training — $299 one time

Your role

• Conduct approved outbound prospecting to business owners and decision-makers
• Demonstrate personalized AI Employee Previews and Chat/Voice AI capabilities
• Discover needs, recommend the right solution, handle objections, follow up, and close
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records
• Share market and prospect feedback with the founder

Compensation

This is a commission-only independent-contractor opportunity. There is no base salary.

Base commission: 15% of qualifying commissionable revenue actually collected on customers you personally close. Recurring commissions continue on qualifying attributed subscriptions while the customer remains active and paying under the representative agreement.

Marginal monthly accelerators:
• Customers 1–4: 15%
• Customers 5–9: 20% on qualifying recurring subscription revenue for the first 12 months
• Customers 10+: 25% on qualifying recurring subscription revenue for the first 12 months

Setup remains at 15%. Usage and top-up purchases are not commissionable.

Example: Complete AI + Setup is a $998 initial customer payment, producing a $149.70 base commission. A future $699 monthly Complete subscription produces a $104.85 base recurring commission.

Commissions are paid weekly, normally Friday, after a 7-day clearing period. A $50 payout minimum applies; smaller balances roll forward. Refunds or chargebacks may result in reversals. Earnings depend entirely on sales performance, collected revenue, retention, product mix, and the representative agreement. No income is guaranteed.

Who we're looking for

Experienced B2B outbound sellers comfortable speaking with business owners, running full-cycle sales, handling objections, and working independently. SaaS, digital marketing, business services, real estate/property management, and home-services experience are especially relevant.

LucidChat provides prospecting infrastructure, prospect intelligence, personalized previews, Sales Workspace/CRM, pipeline, Deal Desk, commission tracking, sales scripts and training, closing tools, and direct founder support.

Candidates never pay LucidChat. This is not an MLM or downline opportunity; representatives sell LucidChat products directly to business customers.
