Title: Frontend Architect (High-Frequency Trading Terminal)
Location: Istanbul, Turkey (On-site sprint starting August)
Compensation: Austerity Fiat Baseline + Phase II Profit Yield (Revenue Share)

The Mandate:
WEAXESS is an institutional crypto securities exchange. You are not building a static website; you are building a high-frequency trading terminal. You will architect the client-side visualization layer that consumes a sub-millisecond WebSocket data firehose. You are responsible for ensuring the order book, charting, and execution interfaces render flawlessly without freezing the browser thread during massive market volatility.

The Filter:

If you are a Figma designer who cannot write performance-critical code, do not apply.

If your experience is limited to basic React state management for standard e-commerce sites, do not apply.

You must understand DOM thrashing, Web Workers, Canvas/WebGL rendering for complex data, and efficient memory management in the browser.

The Reality:
70-day physical sprint in Istanbul starting in August. You will receive a fiat baseline to live, and your true compensation is a locked percentage of the system's global net profit pool upon launch.

Application Tripwire (Answer in 3 sentences max in your cover letter):
Our execution gateway is pushing 2,000 order book updates per second to the client via WebSockets. If you call setState in React on every single tick, the browser will freeze and the trader will be blinded. Describe the exact buffering, batching, or rendering mechanism (e.g., RequestAnimationFrame, Canvas) you implement to display this firehose seamlessly without destroying the client's CPU.
