Title: Velocity Systems Engineer (C++ / Linux Kernel Bypass)
Location: Istanbul, Turkey (On-site sprint starting August)
Compensation: Austerity Fiat Baseline + Phase II Profit Yield (Revenue Share)
The Mandate:
WEAXESS is an institutional digital asset exchange. Your mandate is network survival. You will write the C++ FIX protocol parsers and TCP handlers that feed our core matching engine. You are responsible for sequence gap recovery, handling fragmented TCP payloads, and ensuring that our system never context-switches under high market volatility. You operate at the boundary where the Linux kernel meets the Network Interface Card (NIC).
The Filter:
If your experience is in Python, Node.js, or building web-based REST APIs, do not apply.
If you do not know how to tune a Linux kernel for low latency, do not apply.
We require production experience with C++, zero-copy memory management, and ideally DPDK, AF_XDP, or Solarflare/Onload.
The Reality:
70-day physical sprint in Istanbul starting in August. You will operate under an austerity fiat baseline to preserve treasury capital. In exchange, you own a permanent, uncapped percentage of the global net profit pool.

Our C++ FIX parser is perfectly optimized, but during a massive volatility spike, hardware interrupts from the NIC are causing context-switching on our parser's CPU core, destroying our latency guarantees.
