About the Role
We are looking for an AI-Native Engineer who is an experienced software professional and actively leverages modern AI coding tools to accelerate software development, problem-solving, and delivery.
The role is technology-discipline agnostic. Depending on business and project requirements, the selected candidate may contribute across areas such as Backend, Frontend, QA, DevOps, Product Management, or GTAC/Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, debug, and deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Use AI-powered development tools to improve engineering productivity and development workflows.
• Work effectively with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Aider, or Devin.
• Explore and implement AI-assisted development workflows for real-world engineering problems.
• Apply agentic development practices such as agent orchestration, subagents, plan mode, hooks, slash commands, and project-level instruction files where appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Contribute to automation, tooling, testing, deployment, debugging, or other engineering activities based on project requirements.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI development tools and identify opportunities to improve engineering efficiency.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–10 years of professional software/technology experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in at least one technical engineering discipline.
• Practical experience using AI coding assistants or AI-native development tools.
• Hands-on experience with Claude / Claude Code is strongly preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate how AI tools have been used in actual projects or engineering workflows.
• Strong software development fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a technical team.
Good to Have
• Experience with Cursor, Codex, Lovable, v0, Bolt, Aider, or Devin.
• Experience with MCP servers, agent orchestration, Claude Code hooks, slash commands, subagents, plan mode, CLAUDE.md, or AGENTS.md.
• Personal or hobby projects developed using AI coding agents.
• GitHub repositories, deployed applications, technical blogs, demos, or other public evidence of AI-assisted development.
• Contributions to open-source AI tooling, prompt engineering, or agent frameworks.
• Experience building or shipping applications using AI-assisted development workflows.
What We Look For
We are particularly interested in engineers who actively build and ship using AI, rather than candidates who have simply listed AI tools as skills on their resumes.
Candidates who can demonstrate actual projects, implementations, repositories, deployments, or other practical examples of using AI coding agents will be preferred.
