we're looking for an SEO & Growth Operations Specialist who can help us build a strong
organic presence across both traditional search and the next generation of search
experiences.

What You'll Own
● Drive and execute our end-to-end organic growth strategy.
● Optimize our website for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO
(Generative Engine Optimization).
● Conduct technical SEO audits, keyword research, content optimization, and
competitor analysis.
● Track, analyze, and improve performance using Google Analytics (GA4).
● Leverage HubSpot to support marketing operations, reporting, and lead
management.
● Partner with the Product, Content, and Marketing teams to drive measurable
business growth across multi-channel initiative for MQL / SQL / PQL growth

*What We're Looking for: *
Growth / Marketing Generalist with demonstrable success in working across

A) SEO & GEO/AEO
● Strong expertise in SEO + AEO & GEO (2+ Years min)
● Solid understanding of Google Analytics (GA4) and HubSpot.
● A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Someone who takes ownership, works independently, and is passionate about
delivering results.

B) Performance Marketing / Paid Search / Paid Social Ads / ABM Marketing Ops (one of the
above)

Bonus Points
● Experience working with B2B SaaS products.
● Familiarity with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console, or
Screaming Frog.
● A portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable SEO success.
