inventory, warehousing, orders, and fulfillment across marketplaces, websites, retail stores, and
B2B channels. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a highly driven Chief of Staff to work
directly with the founders on strategic initiatives.

About the Role

This is a high-impact general management role for someone who enjoys solving complex
business problems, working across multiple functions, and driving execution. You'll partner
closely with the founders on strategic projects, business operations, cross-functional initiatives,
and key decisions that influence the company's growth.

What You'll Do

· Partner with the founders to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
· Work across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Finance, Marketing and Operations.
· Lead special projects from idea to implementation.
· Build business reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
· Analyze business data and recommend improvements.
· Support strategic partnerships and key customer engagements.
· Coordinate cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution.
· Improve business processes and drive automation.
· Prepare presentations, business cases and executive updates.
· Take ownership of new initiatives as the company scales.

What We're Looking For

· 2–5 years in a high-growth D2C brand, startup, consulting, business operations, strategy
or Founder's Office role | MBA/Master’s degree from a reputed Tier 1/2 institute.
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
· Advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
· High ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
Preferred Experience
· Experience in eCommerce, D2C, SaaS or technology companies.
· Experience working with founders or senior leadership.
· Exposure to business planning or strategic projects.
· Knowledge of BI tools is a plus.
