Founder's Office Associate (Trainee)

About the Role

We're building an AI SaaS startup, and we're looking for someone who wants more than a typical internship.

As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll work directly with the COO on high-impact projects across hiring, sales, operations, customer success, research and business strategy. Every week will be different, and every project will give you a front-row seat to how an early-stage startup is built.

This role is designed for someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership and is excited to learn across multiple business functions rather than being limited to just one.

What You'll Do

• Partner with the COO on strategic and day-to-day business initiatives.
• Support hiring, customer conversations, sales operations and business growth.
• Conduct market research, analyse insights and help drive key decisions.
• Explore AI tools and identify opportunities to improve internal processes.
• Take ownership of projects from idea to execution.

• Fresh graduates or final-year students.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
